to all of my fans.

the greatest writers
will always have their critics
the people so scared of change
and so scared of honesty
they do everything they can
to repress those
that they know
are making the craft
something more than what it was
there will always be jealousy
by those writing
to call themselves writers
towards the ones that love(live)
to write
and write
to love(live)

ignore the unoriginal ones
with hearts contricted
by barbed wire
and eyes blinded
by the brilliance
of others passion
while their words will wither and pass with them
the ones who write with life and with conviction
will have their words echo through time
and enjoy a life eternal.

Great Job!

I really enjoy this piece. I know you don't do it very often, but I really like your use of metaphor to enhance visualization. It makes it very real. Bravo.
